Dear Sir,
We are please to announce the 12th Engineers Cup Invitational Cricket Tournament (T-20)2009 to be held from February 12, 2009 at Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur. To kindle the sprit of sportsmanship, friendship and for better understanding among the corporate employees, we invite the staff cricket team of your institution/department to participate in this tournament.

Please send your entry to the undersigned latest by February 8th, 2009. The entry fees is 4000/- (Rupees Four Thousand) only which is to be deposited along with the entry form enclosed completed in all respect. The entry fees can be deposited by cash or DD (DD in favor of ORGANISING SECRETARY, ENGINEERS CUP MNIT JAIPUR). The rules and regulation will be given with the Draw after your acceptance.
